We are Diamond Mortgages Limited, a full-fledged subsidiary of Diamond Bank Plc

Diamond Mortgages limited was incorporated as Dominium Building Society Limited on February 17 1992 as a private limited liability company by a group of professionals in Banking, Law, Property development, Oil and Gas et cetera.

The Federal Government licensed the company under Decree No. 53 of 1989 as a Primary Mortgage Institution to provide high quality mortgage banking and financial services.

The registered office of the company is at No. 39 Awolowo Road Ikoyi Lagos.

As a primary mortgage institution, Diamond Mortgages Limited has grown over the years practicing mortgage financing and real estate development and has enjoyed wide acceptability and patronage by customers. Expectedly, it has also grown over the years due mainly to its strength in terms of wide branch network, large pool of customers and access to National housing Fund etc. At present, Diamond Mortgages limited has four branches namely, Ikoyi, Owerri, Abuja and Port Harcourt.

Diamond Mortgages Limited is fully capitalized and has recently been fully acquired by Diamond Bank Plc, as its mortgage banking subsidiary, hence the change in name from Dominium Building Society Limited to reflect the corporate identity of the new ownership.

The staff composition comprises of well- experienced professionals in the area of Finance and Banking, Law, Estate Management, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil Engineering and Building technology etc.
