Diamond mortgages limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Diamond Bank Plc. It is accredited by Federal Mortgage Bank to operate as Primary Mortgage Institution after it acquired Dominium Building Society Limited which had been in existence since February 1992.

The company is adequately capitalized as a Mortgage Institution and maintains presence in four strategic locations – Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt and Owerrri.
